Partner FAQ

How exactly is the 3% commission calculated?
3% of the gross sale price, inclusive of VAT. Paid by the developer on completion of exchange of contracts. No deductions, no hidden fees, no threshold minimums.
Do I need to be a licensed real estate agent to participate?
We work with licensed agents and brokers across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and beyond. There is no formal accreditation requirement to join the programme.
What if my client is already in contact with OFFPLOT directly?
Referral rights are established at first contact. If you introduce the client to us before they reach out directly, the referral is yours. We operate on a first-introduction basis.
Can I work with OFFPLOT and other Spanish property platforms simultaneously?
Yes. There is no exclusivity agreement and no lock-in. We only ask that you present our listings accurately and at published prices.
What support do you provide during the sales process?
Once the introduction is made, OFFPLOT manages the entire relationship — viewings, legal guidance, developer communication and purchase process. You are kept informed at every stage.
How quickly are commissions paid?
Within 5 business days of completion and receipt of your invoice. We pay in euros via bank transfer to any EU account.
Are listing PDFs white-label?
All listing PDFs are branded OFFPLOT. This protects the integrity of the pricing and professional presentation. We do not offer white-label materials.
