Built from frustration
with how it was done.

Baltic buyers researching Spanish property kept hitting the same wall: inflated prices, opaque processes, and agents who knew less about the market than the buyers themselves.

OFFPLOT was built to remove that wall. We work directly with developers and architects in the Alicante region — Costa Blanca — and publish prices exactly as provided. Our commission comes from the developer, not from you.

We publish every listing at the price the developer provides. No buyer-side markup is added at any point. Baltic buyers research prices — we treat that as a feature, not a problem to work around.

We work with a limited number of projects and clients each year. Not optimised for transaction volume — optimised for outcomes. Properties that hold value. Clients who refer us.

Vetted partners only.

Every developer and property on the OFFPLOT platform has been reviewed for legal structure, build quality and long-term track record. We don't list what we wouldn't buy ourselves.
