How much does a custom villa build cost in Alicante?
Land and build combined typically ranges from €350,000 to €1,200,000+ depending on plot size, location, build area, and specification. We provide a detailed cost estimate after an initial briefing — before you commit to anything.
How long does the whole process take?
From your first conversation to keys in hand: typically 18–24 months. The permit stage (3–6 months) and construction (10–14 months) are the main phases. We are realistic about timelines and build contingency into every plan.
Do I need to be in Spain during the build?
No. Most of our clients manage the entire process remotely. We send weekly photo updates, host video walkthroughs at key stages, and maintain a dedicated WhatsApp channel. You only need to visit for the plot inspection and the handover.
Can I use my own architect?
Yes, if they are licensed in Spain (or willing to partner with a locally licensed co-architect). We can accommodate most scenarios — just tell us at the discovery call.
What areas do you build in?
